New Hours and Purchasing Process – Effective Immediately – Updated

Prime ATC Patients,

Your health and well-being are our #1 priority, and we continue to do everything we can to provide you with a clean, safe and comfortable environment to pickup your therapeutic cannabis.  In the meantime, we will only be accepting express orders to help limit the amount of time spent within the dispensary. 

As a temporary measure Prime ATC is making the following changes effective immediately:

New Operating Hours:

Monday: 11 AM – 4 PM
Tuesday: 11 AM – 4 PM
Wednesday: 11 AM – 7 PM
Thursday: 11 AM – 4 PM
Friday: 11 AM – 4 PM
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

New Ordering Procedures:  

  1. Patients Must Place an Express Order through our telephone ordering system in advance of pickup. Ph#(603) 262-5035
    1. Please only request items listed on our current menu at https://www.graniteleaf.com/menu/  
  2. A dispensing technician will call you when your order has been filled and is ready for pickup.
  3. Two patients will be allowed into the facility at a time. If there is a line when you arrive please join the line maintaining 6ft distance between patients.  
  4. Once inside the dispensary a patient will complete their entire transaction at the front office counter.  This includes being checked in and completing payment for their transaction. Once the transaction is complete the patient will leave the facility.  No changes to an order will be allowed.  
  5. Once a patient exits the dispensary the next patient will be allowed to enter.

Please note: 

  • All consultations are cancelled at this time.  
  • Product questions are to be asked via phone and will not be answered at the counter.  
  • New Patients will need to place an express order via phone as well.  Please call us with questions: (603) 262-5035

      1. Hi Scott, you will receive a phone call when your order is ready. We apologize for the wait we are short staffed and receive hundreds of orders every day so we are a little behind.

        1. If I place an order at 11am tomorrow, can I pick up before you close? I’m using vacation time from work so I can drive an hour and a half to get to you guys.

          1. Yes! You can place your order at any time. Please leave a detailed voicemail while ordering from the menu on our website and we will call you when your order is ready.

  2. Can one order at 3pm and expect to be able to pick it up by 11am the following day?? I don’t understand how you can say a minimum of 3 hours when you’re only open for 5 hours. How does that work???

    1. You can order at any time and we will call you when it is ready to pick up. You could call today and pick it up tomorrow, however it may not be ready at 11am, so I would wait to come in until you receive a call.

    I have left two messages for express orders last Friday and today, Monday the 25th and have not received a call back yet. In case others have this problem, can you please update here if longer than 4-hour wait time should be expected? I am not sure if you have received both my messages and are working on it, or if you haven’t gotten them.

    I haven’t seen this answered yet. My question is can I possibly get the abbreviation key for strain names emailed to me? I lost mine and I don’t recognize or remember what a lot of the names on the menu are now. I know this was a state rule, but I’m hoping there are ways to address this. Thanks

  5. So it keeps forcing my stuff as replies to other comments and this is getting annoying, because I can’t just delete them on my own. Can someone delete my unecessary replies? I just wanted to make a general comment and didn’t even hit the reply option on other comments, and it sent my attempts to write individual comments to two entirely different comments, making a huge mess. I’m sorry.

    I struggle with mobility issues and can’t stand for extended periods of time. I also just got a procedure done on my back that is going to make it even harder to stand for the next week or so. Is there something I can do to get my order without having to stand in line for what could be an extended period of time ( such as just wait in the car, maybe ), by chance? ):

    1. Hi Nicole! If you create an express order we will call you when it is ready to pick up. We can give you a buzzer when you arrive so you can wait in your car and be notified when it is your turn to enter the dispensary.

  6. Will you be closing now that a Stay at Home order has been placed? Wondering if I need to stock up to get me through May?

        Placed an express order yesterday at noon, was wondering when to anticipate a call back to know when it’s ready. Also, are there any dats/times of day that are less busy? Happy to come then to decrease exposure. THANK YOU SO MUCH for all your hard work and staying open despite all the challenges.

        1. It looks like your order is ready. Now is a good time to come as it will probably be a little busier closer to the end of the day.

  8. Hi as a new patient I have been trying to contact your facility for 3 days without a response. I really want to have my prescription filled. Please let me know what I need to do to speak with someone. Thanks

  9. Since the virus remains in the air for three hours, this makes no sense. If someone who is asymptomatic but carries the virus, whoever enters after that person for the next three hours is exposed. Meanwhile medical patients are left in a line, outside, in the cold.

    1. We are taking precautions and are currently filtering the air with a Hepa filter to maintain the safest possible purchasing environment.

  10. Thank you for the updated information. The issue I face is that I have to leave work for an hour and a half or more in order to pick up product. Will there be a weekend or evening opportunity for those of us who are essential personnel and have to be at work?

    1. Hi Lori,
      We currently do not have a line outside, so now is a good time to stop by if you can. We will also be extending our hours as soon as our staffing needs allow.

    I stopped by on Thursday and completed a form for an express order pick up. My phone number is on it and I did not receive a call within three hours or the following business day. Can we get this done on Monday?

    1. I ordered my order on Monday it is now almost 1 o’clock on Wednesday and still have not heard anything about the order being completed
